Background colors are chosen at the very end. I will send you a picture of the finished piece and you can decide on a background color. I can also give you options that I believe would match the subject's color composition the best!

All pieces are varnished with a satin finish and completed on 1/8" thick untempered wood panels.

Once I respond to your email, you can send me as many high resolution photos of your pet as you would like. These are portraits so the subject needs to be clearly visible. I love painting photos that show the subject's personality! Check out my gallery and look at the reference photos to get an idea of the types of photos I use. I want to be as accurate to the subject as I can while incorporating my impressionistic style.
